Dividends are calculated in the following way, based on a weighted proportion of the dividend within the Index:

Where the Index Divisor is used to stabilise the index value so that it remains consistent before and after the dividend event.

For long positions, the Cornèrtrader account will be credited with the dividend, while for short positions, the account will be debited.
